Delete your Notestopin account

Account deletion is available directly inside every signed-in Notestopin app.

Delete in Notestopin

  1. Open the Android app, iPhone app, or browser extension.
  2. Open Settings → Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and Cloud data.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

This permanently removes the account, Cloud notes, tags, Pin metadata, history, and signed-in devices. Local notes and exported files remain on your devices.

Cannot access a signed-in device?

Email us from the address on the account. We may reply to verify ownership before completing the request.

Email a deletion request
Live account data is removed after verification. Restricted backup remnants expire through the ordinary backup rotation, currently within 14 days. Limited provider records may remain where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or disputes.
